Recently, the worlds of WWE and UFC collided as we saw Chandler make an appearance on RAW. There, he delivered a solid promo that impressed fans so much that they advised him to join the pro wrestling promotion after he retires from MMA.

Surprisingly, the UFC fighter shared a post where he posted pictures and videos of spending time with WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Triple H, with a caption stating, “Contract Signed”.

If what Chandler is saying is true, then the advice that fans shared with the former title challenger is coming to fruition sooner than they expected.

Not only that, but following the merger between WWE and UFC under TKO, fans who were glued to see the collision of the two worlds, will be super pumped with this news. 

While the UFC or WWE has not confirmed it, Chandler’s recent appearance suggests it will be exciting to see him fight under the WWE banner. Especially considering how fighters like Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler have made their mark in the company.

The company boasts a combined net worth exceeding $10 billion, with Mr. McMahon being a significant contributor to that value. The shares, which were initially valued at $77.41, witnessed a jump of almost $20, reaching up to $95.42. Janel Grant, a former WWE employee hired by McMahon in 2019 as an administrator-coordinator in the company’s legal department, faced various types of abuse during her working time, as per recent lawsuits. Grant has accused McMahon of personal abuse, trafficking her to other WWE employees, and requesting personalized sexual content for a former WWE star he aimed to re-sign.

Grant signed a $3M nondisclosure agreement with McMahon but received only $1M, leading her to violate the agreement. Following her allegations, McMahon decided or was forced to step down from his position. Subsequently, WWE President Nick Khan issued the email to WWE employees, which states the following:

Well, the former WWE chairman has spent over 4 decades making pro wrestling a global phenomenon. In 2022, he previously stepped down from his position after allegations of hush money allegations got out publicly. Meanwhile, once again, one of the women, Janel Grant, out of the four, has come out with serious allegations. According to Tate, given McMahon has transformed the pro wrestling industry and turned it into a billion-dollar business, it makes no sense to him that McMahon would risk everything and get involved in the things he has been accused of. While Tate has defended the WWE boss, McMahon has also denied all the allegations.

His first loss came against Frank Mir back in 2008 at UFC 81. In the fight, Mir defeated Lesnar and won via submission (kneebar) in round 1 at 1:30. But later the result was overturned as Lesnar was later tested and found positive for banned substances by the Nevada Athletic Commission.

‘The Conqueror’ had a very short career in the UFC and has had a total of nine fights so far. But it was after his bout against Alistair Overeem in 2011 that Lesnar decided to take a step back from his UFC career. It was due to the medical condition diverticulitis which caused inflammation in Lesnar’s intestine walls.

But later after five years, Brock Lesnar scrapped his initial retirement from UFC and returned in 2016. It was UFC 200, when Lesnar decided to make his return against Mark Hunt, and he defeated him via decision.

But this win was later overturned to a no-contest after Lesnar tested positive for a banned substance and via anti-doping policy. It was then in 2017 when the WWE icon retired for the second time from the UFC.

Brock Lesnar is currently signed to WWE and works part-time as ‘free agent’ and appears on selected events and matches. His recent WWE match was against Cody Rhodes in which Rhodes defeated him at SummerSlam in 2023.
