The NBA isn’t exempt from having its players test positive for COVID-19 as the first wave of positive tests has officially hit the NBA. The Philadelphia 76ers, Chicago Bulls, Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks are among the teams to have their games postponed.
Players such as Seth Curry and Jayson Tatum have been placed under a strict 10-14 day quarantine. With COVID-19 slowly creeping through NBA locker rooms, the NBA will have to consider multiple options as to how they can approach this situation.

An idea that has been floating around social media is that the NBA take a 2 week hiatus from play. Another which is far less likely to happen would be another NBA Bubble.
When suggesting the prospect of another Bubble, Lakers star LeBron James didn’t seem all too happy.
LeBron James isn’t a fan of having another Bubble
The NBA had a wildly successful NBA Bubble this past year. The goal was to officially declare a 2020 champion; which they did with LeBron James and the Lakers winning it all. However, when asked about the possibility of another Bubble, LeBron James said,
“Well the Bubble was a success from a performance standpoint. I haven’t thought about the Bubble much after I left. You continue to give me PTSD every time you ask me about the Bubble. I started shaking thinking about 96 straight nights in that place.”

The Bubble was hard on many players as they were isolated from the families and loved ones for an extended period of time. As the Bubble went on, the NBA did allow players to bring in a limited amount of family members.
With no news suggesting the NBA would ever consider a Bubble, this seems like a reach at this point.
